EULA - End User License Agreement

License Agreement

We are willing to licence the Software only on the condition that you accept all of the terms and definitions listed here. PLEASE READ THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT.

1. DEFINITIONS.
"Software" means all forms of any machine readable material supplied by Us in the selected download or downloads, instalation disk or other media used for transfer. "We" or "Us" means the creators of the Software.

2. LICENSE TO USE.
2.1 The Standard version of the Software is Freeware. The Pro version of the Software requires purchase.

2.2 If you are in a state, jurisdiction or any other place that does not allow the limitation of liability or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, then the software can not be licenced to you and you must destroy all copies of the Software.

2.3 Software is licenced not sold, the Software is confidential and copyrighted. Title to Software and all associated intellectual property rights is retained by Us. You may not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software.

3. LICENSE TO DISTRIBUTE.
You are granted license to distribute copies of The freeware (standard version) of the Software provided that no parts are removed, edited or changed in any way.

4. NO WARANTY.
The Software is provided "AS IS". IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

5. TERMINATION.
This License Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this License Agreement at any time by destroying all your copies of the Software. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Us if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement and you must destroy all copies of the Software.
